Life is good infact really good and I realized it on this extremely cold morning whilst I was munching on plantain chips (the best i've had in a long while), snuggled in the warmth of appropriate clothes for the weather and in the comfort of my bed and duvet and blasting and jamming to Libiancas' people. Oh Jisas
Heyyooo, I know you're wondering wassup with today's edition, wellll today's edition of the newsletter is inspired by plantain chips and I'm currently munching on them whilst writing to you my lovely readers. So ever since I moved here two years ago for school, getting good snacks had been an herculean task because they're ridiculously expensive and second to trash, so I resorted to making mine which is time consuming or snacking on nothing at all, thennn I met this guy who was also a student at my school and we struck up a conversation (trust me na) then he chipped in that he ran a snacks business alongside his mum in Lagos and at the mention of Lagos, I knew something good was going to come out of that conversation then I placed my order right there in the vehicle and he delivered swiftly. I'll share his contact at the end of the newsletter so you can place your orders too.
I got back to school earlier in the week and it has been from kasala to wahala with the general price hike of essential services with transportation as the major one (I can't wait to graduate abeg) and my coping mechanism has been Netflix and plantain chips, this time I made sure to utilize my Netflix subscription to the fullest which is a surprise because movies aren't my thing but since I'm always indoors apart from when I have lectures, Netflix activated!!! that doesn't stop me from reading my books sha before y’all report me to my parents 🙄.
The light just got restored🎉🎉 (NEPA don bring light), let me iron my tomorrow's dress before the light goes off.
Byeeeee
